Rash Driving MTC Buses

These days, I have been witnessing too much of rash driving by MTC buses, the drivers aren't cared about other vehicles on road. They dont stop on busstop, but stop in the middle of the road and create traffic jam. Few buses aren't good condition, drive slowly and objecting the free flow of traffic, and honking loud with their air-horn fitted, they are one's who dont follow any rules, jump signals, dont use indicators, stop abruptly, etc.Traffic Police Dept should fine MTC Dept heavily for their drivers mistakes.
