LTTE: Death of V.Prabhakaran - Gain or Loss for whom?

Though Srilankan goverment tells, he was a ruthless leader, who was responsible for many human deaths and problems in their country for last 30 years, but he remains as Hero for many in their hearts. There seems complete mystery over his death. Initially SL Govt & Military said they killed Prabhakaran, while fleeing in his ambulance by shooting a rocket bomb, but his body was found with no single fire marks and fresh, clean shaved face. It is said....Saddam Hussein had 7 look-alike person around him to confuse enemies, same way prabhakaran had 3 look-alike. Tamil leader, Nedumaran confirms prabhakaran is still alive and he would emerge soon. Its said KP would be the next leader of LTTE, who is the Logistics head of LTTE, who controls the supply of Arms, Funding & International Business. It would be difficult for LTTE henceforth, as they have no land to start their fight back. Now Srilanka Govt would be more attentive to make sure, no such groups form and create problems for them latter. Srilankan Govt & People are celebrating the victory and death of Prabhakaran, but its time for them to give some good space for Tamil people who are in sympathy of the srilankan people.
I wish Tamil people should be given equal rights in all aspects and let srilanka & their people live peaceful life in days to come. His death is either gain or loss to Srilanka Govt or Tamil People, it completely depends on how SriLanka Govt is going to handle the situation from hereon.
President Rajapaksa should know, a person born in Srilanka soil, is their citizen, nevertheless he is a Tamil, Muslims or Sinhalese, he should make sure, every citizen is happy, under his leadership!

Dr.Ramdoss thought he is king of politics and his moves will be always right!
Though his son, Mr.Anbumani Ramdoss who was union minister in UPA and who enjoyed all
the benefits while being minister. When they came out from UPA, they started accusing UPA Goverment on srilankan issue. People of Tamil Nadu are more interested in development of their State and not any caste politics which was helping PMK all these 15 years. The Lesson thought by people for mr.ramdoss is very harsh and its was complete Knock-out!!

Left can change its name as Left-Alone, every corner of India, its left-alone, the states in which Left is governing also showed very poor performance. When LEFT opposed Nuclear-Deal, stating some useless reasons, people of India where furious. Nuclear Deal would surely bring more power to India, making us get avoid power shortage. More the real reason, LEFT took it as egoistic matter and walked-out of UPA. Today, people have walked-out of LEFT!!

RJD: Real Jack Drama!

Lalu....everyone knows he is man behind success of Indian Railways, which in fact made a case study in Harvard University, but his drama & failure can also will become a case-study. He would very well joined hands with UPA to contest elections 2009, but he thought to become PM and made as 4th Front and he got 4 times lesser than what he had in 2004. Lalu, now wants to Minister of railways, but i guess Mamata- would get it! Lalu can now talk of his achievements in his house with his party men or wife....or give lectures in universities, he has enough time to kill....

Mayawati? Oh, she can change her name as JustWati, Maya is gone!!
One of the poorest show in elections 2009, after PMK & PRP ,DMDK was of Mayawati, who was thought to be next PM by herself and her party men. Mayawati, trying to make BSP as national party by contesting more than 400 places, failed to the core! She couldn't face India. I guess if once again Mr.Rahul Gandi visits UP, there is all chance of Mayawati CM seat would stumble.
100% Next state-elections in UP would be surprise for Mayawati, oh sorry, Justwati...!!

DMDK: Captain of DMDK

As Titanic, DMDK ship sank on May 16 2009, the captain wasn't available for the comment
and whole rescue team is searching for captain and his wife and other family member and supporters. Though, rescue teams predicts, none of the members would have sank, maybe they have escaped and would come out after some time.

Congress & Its Hand !

As I said on 13th May 2009, congress is again forming the goverment. Its victory for people who wish a stablised goverment and good politics. The congress would alone can make India a peacfull country, as BJP is more secular based and there is all chance the muslims would feel avioded and other terroist attacks might increase from pakistan based muslims. Its a great victory for youth & poor people, who will be benefitted for next 5 years under UPA goverment.
I would join congress soon as primary memeber and would work for the welfare of people on behalf of congress.

Passport & Police

I hold passport since 1998, though I didn't use it for long-time, In 2004, I had to change my photo & signature and other details in my passport, as I was planning to visit China. I changed all the details and travelled. After few years I wanted to visit US, but for US Visa the passport should have minimum 6months of expiry time, from date of applying US Visa, but my passport had only 3 months, I went to passport office and renewed for Takkal Passport(Quick System) so that we would getting Passport in 7 working days and I had Rs 3000/- more for the same. I applied for renewing my passport under takkal scheme, and I recieved the passport, I was extermely happy and I got US visa for 10 years under B1. I went US for 1 month, I travelled to Hawaii, New York, Washington DC, Boston, Virginia,...while I was in US, there was police verification done by chennai police Dept at my home, for confirming the details as submitted in the passport office, since I wasn't there to answer them, Police Dept gave negative feedback to Passport. After 2 months I came back to chennai and found a letter from Passport office, saying I have taken passport by giving wrong details/supressed information, im liable to get arrested and I should surrender my passport immdly, i was shocked to see such letter. I took the letter to passport office fearing the trouble, and i found many people had same problem. I submitted all details proving and said that I haven't given any wrong information and moreover, I haven't applied for new passport to give details & supress them, Infact I have only renewed my old passport, which is there valid since 2004. They said, again the police verification will happen and i will recieve the passport. I submitted the details on
26th March 2009, and till now, neither police dept or passport office isn't able to confirm the status of the passport and where the application is lying!! I went to Central Crime Branc- Egmore to check whether they have recieved the application from passport office, the CCB IS Officer, just glanced the file and said....we havent recieved, and I requested him, whether I can check myself, as he didn't see properly, the office become furious and said, "how dare you ask me the record". I said, its my bad fate...so i dare to ask you and left the place to recheck with Passport dept, why they haven't send it yet, they again confirmed they have dispatched. Now I went to local police station and checked and I found CCB IS dept had send them passport & to wrong police station, they should have send to suburban police station...by this time I was fedup & decided to leave the matter as i have no purpose of passport immdly, let the passport come to me, when things change in India....meanwhile, RPO (Regional Passport Office) Cheif of Passport Office was arrested due to corruption charges by CBI, and now travel agents aren't
ready to handle any special case! Only God knows, when things would change in India!!

Elections 2009.

Whole world is watching and awaiting to know, who would be the next PM. The reason is India is most fatest developing countries, and as per predicitions, India would become Super-Power in 2020 overtaking many developed countries. This 2009 elections would create history in many aspects. we all know May 16th is couting and still no exit polls/consultants aren't able to predict the Next PM! I guess this is the 1st time, such a situation we indians are coming across. I was very much eager to cast my vote and infact when i came to know my brother-in-law was working and they haven't given holiday, I immdly called their HR Dept and asked why they havent declared holiday and I would report to Labour Dept/Other officers, if the employees are forced to work. After 3 hours i got call from Brother-in-law, stating they have declared holiday and their VP wasn't aware of elections in TamilNadu. I went to polling booth and to my shock and suprise, my name was missing from voters list. I fought for a while, telling them..i casted my vote last time and showed the proof for the same, but no use....
Atlast I came back without voting....though I felt sad for not voting this time....nexttime I would make sure, my name comes in voters list and never gets deleted till my death. I personally wish
Dr.Manmohan Singh should be the next PM, as he is one of the leader...who has some ethics in his life, who is not like real politician. My guess is Congress might join hand with AIADMK, BSP & LEFT to form the goverment or other option, but sure congress would form the Govt.
Lets wait till May 16th.......

Vegatables & Koyembedu Market

my wife has been asking me for longtime to take her to Koyembedu whole-sale fruit & vegatable market for long-time. Infact the market is one of the largest in asia and its soo busy all the 24 hours of the day. Though we are a small family of 4 members, my wife wants to buy vegatables fresh and at better cost, since supermarkets in annanagar sell at high cost. we went around 11 am and came out market at 12.30, its so hot outside and but we didnt feel the heat inside the market. we were comparing prices of each vegatable after buying with prices sold at supermarket. I could see many families busily bargaining with vendors and vendors denying saying its fixed price. Infact i too tired , but failed to get discount. People in a hurry would start buying vegatables in the front shops, before entering the market completely and in the front shops, the price would be higher by rs 3/4 per kg, so it better you go in to the market completely and check prices and start buying. Its fun taking children, as they would be happy seeing such a big market, as they are always seen small shops/supermarkets. The only problem is..the market floor is full of fresh leaves/little shabby, otherwise its worth buying in whole-sale market. Prices for your reference: Tomato: Rs 13/kg, Onion Rs 10/kg, Potato: Rs 7/kg, drumstick: rs 2/pc
beans: rs 40/kg, c.flower: rs 15/pc, green peas: rs 60/kg, double beans: rs 30/kg, this all i rememeber and friuts were also cheaper. Next time, when you visit the whole sale market, take good & solid carry bags and surely not all rs 100/500 notes, carry change! its better we go by 8am, so that market has complete fresh stock, infact you can go early, if you get-up in sundays!!

Valparai & Athirapally falls

From chennai, we took Jayem Travels to reach coimbatore., we were trying tickets in KPN/ABT/Parveen, but there was heavy rush, as it was 3 days holidays. Jayem travels one of worst bus-(A/C Hi Tech) i have travelled in my life, its neither had A/C nor HiTech. The bus had to start by 10.30, but started at 12 and our bad-luck it was struck in traffic jam for anthore 2 hours near bangalore-highway. we reached coimbatore at 12 afternoon and reached valparai at evening, via pollachi. I would suggest make sure, you reach coimbatore before 7 am and reach valparai by 12, so that you do the sight- seeing on the same day. There 6-7 places to be seen in valparai. Accomidation are avilable in plenty, maybe in season time, it would difficult, but many people have converted their own homes as places to stay for visitors. we stayed in "GreenHouse" the owner was really nice guy, 100% reliable. In Valpari, you can stay there for 2/3 days maximum, and then you can leave to Athirpally falls, (Falls from which Kamal Hassan & Rekha jump in film punaigai mannan) route from valparai to athirpally falls, is on complete dense forest and travelling in night with women would be not advisable. There are 1/2 resorts costing around Rs 2,400 for double-room a/c, along banks of the river, excellent location. More than Valparai, we all enjoyed this falls, it was excellent watching it from down. Rash Driving MTC Buses

These days, I have been witnessing too much of rash driving by MTC buses, the drivers aren't cared about other vehicles on road. They dont stop on busstop, but stop in the middle of the road and create traffic jam. Few buses aren't good condition, drive slowly and objecting the free flow of traffic, and honking loud with their air-horn fitted, they are one's who dont follow any rules, jump signals, dont use indicators, stop abruptly, etc.Traffic Police Dept should fine MTC Dept heavily for their drivers mistakes. If you find any MTC Buses involved in rash driving or violating rules, please call 9383337639 and inform the incident(Note down the
